Evidence-based mental health programs forTeens & Pre-teens
Multi-level support for teens, pre-teens, and families navigating mental health challenges.
Embrace U provides three structured, evidence-based outpatient therapy programs designed to fit each teen and pre-teen and their family’s needs – Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Neurodivergent. From the moment of admission, we begin planning for continued care to ensure each participant has a structured path forward beyond treatment.
Our clinical team works closely with families to support consistent progress, and a smooth transition through each level of care. Our main goal is not only short-term improvement, but to help teens, pre-teens, and families build the tools needed for sustainable emotional and behavioral health. Reaching out for support is the first step in the process, and our team is available to guide families through the next steps and help determine the most appropriate level of care.
The Partial Hospitalization Program provides a highly structured level of care for those who need consistent daily support to regain stability in their emotional and behavioral functioning.
This level of treatment is designed for moments when everyday environments feel difficult to manage without intensive clinical structure, while creating a stable therapeutic setting where adolescents can step out of external pressures and focus fully on emotional regulation, behavioral stabilization, and rebuilding functional routines.
Care is delivered through a coordinated clinical environment that integrates therapeutic support, psychiatric oversight, and academic structure throughout the treatment day. The emphasis is on helping adolescents regain a baseline of stability so they can safely and successfully transition into lower levels of care over time.
The Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured therapeutic support while allowing patients to continue participating in school and home life.
This level of care is designed for those who benefit from consistent clinical engagement but can function within their daily environments. IOP focuses on reinforcing coping skills in real time, helping adolescents apply what they learn in treatment directly to school, peer, and family situations.
Treatment is centered on ongoing emotional development and skill-building within a flexible structure that supports continued participation in everyday responsibilities. The core objective is to strengthen resilience, improve emotional regulation, and support steady progress without removing the patient from their normal routine.
The Neurodivergent Program supports teens and pre-teens who live with ASD, ADHD, OCD or other sensory processing issues. Success for neurodivergent adolescents goes beyond symptom management. It’s about creating an environment where they feel confident, empowered, and capable of thriving in their own unique ways. Embrace U emphasizes long-term outcomes, equipping participants and their families with tools to achieve enduring growth, improved relationships, and enriched quality of life. Our affirming and individualized outpatient programs help adolescents build social, emotional, and life skills within a supportive community.
