Research and experience taught us that group therapy is highly effective in treating mental health issues, trauma, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. We keep our groups small and intimate, which results in better outcomes for our participants and more sustained healing and personal growth. Our locations offer a welcoming, modern environment with an experienced and dedicated team of mental health providers. Our Tennessee mental health clinics provide intensive programs that combine evidence-based treatment, holistic therapy, medication management and family support. 

Embrace U offers partial hospitalization programs (PHP) meeting five times a week, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) that meet three times a week. We treat adolescents with neurodivergent learning styles at our Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Mt. Juliet locations.
