Stephanie Weatherly, DNP, PMH RN-BC, FACHE
Chief Clinical Officer
Stephanie Weatherly is Psychiatric Medical Care’s chief clinical officer. She provides clinical oversight of Embrace U and all of PMC’s divisions. Stephanie holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Walden University and has extensive experience in regulatory and quality management.
Dr. Anne Fottrell, MD
Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist
Anne Austin Fottrell, M.D. specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry. She’s been in private practice in the Nashville area since 1993, after completing a residency and fellowship in psychiatry at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Fottrell currently serves as the clinical director of psychiatry at Mercy Community Healthcare, and medical director at Bella Jace Center for Health.
Rakesh Patel, MD, FACP, FAPA
Medical Director
Rakesh Patel serves as medical director at Embrace U Knoxville. He is board-certified in internal medicine and addition medicine. He earned his medical degree from East Tennessee State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Milligan College.
Trent Mutter, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Trent Mutter is a psychiatric nurse practitioner accredited through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a masters degree in nursing. Trent entered the mental health field in 2023 and has worked in a variety of clinical settings.
Zachary Demko, MD
Medical Director
Zachary Demko is a licensed psychiatrist and co-owner of Transcend TMS. He’s worked as a clinical director at Rolling Hills Hospital, a child and adolescent psychiatry fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Colorado. Zachary attended the University of Florida and earned his medical degree from Florida International University’s Herbert Wetheim College of Medicine.
