Our curriculum includes DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, and CBT psychotherapy modalities.  Our program also includes psychoeducation groups, family therapy, and individual therapy.

We have a low staff-to-patient ratio. We provide family therapy and a multi-family psychoeducation group for two family touch points per week.  We have a local, on-site Nurse Practitioner providing a psych evaluation on admission and medication management during the program. We have a highly respected Board-Certified child/adolescent Psychiatrist as our medical director who supervises all care and is available for medication consults when a Psychiatrist assessment is needed. Our skills groups are evidence-based and interactive, not ‘just sitting in a room with worksheets.’ The groups are active in teaching and practicing skills.

20 sessions are the estimated length of stay, so one month.
