What is Embrace U?

Embrace U offers two summer therapy programs, both centered around intensive therapy with licensed staff, including a psychiatric provider. Our programs are designed to help adolescents who would benefit from more than just weekly one-on-one sessions with a therapist, or who have recently completed an inpatient program and need a transition back into the daily flow of life. Participants come to Embrace U between three and five days each week, for up to six hours a day. We provide group, individual and family therapy, along with medication management and a parent support group.

During the summer, teens are free from many of the stressors that dominate the school year. Without the daily demands of homework, extracurricular activities, and early morning routines, they’re better able to engage in therapy and make real progress.
